I'm not sure what it is about Fall that I love so much but it is by far my favorite time of the year. Unfortunately here in WI Fall consists of a good 4 weeks if you are lucky and then winter pushes it's way in. We've had the privilege this year of being on Crystal Lake and every day I look out the window I'm amazed at the beauty of God's great creation. That being said I could hardly pass up the opportunity tonight to take a leisurely ride across the lake, and with a little coaxing Lucy joined me as well. Not a whole lot more to say, I think the picture speaks for itself. I'll enjoy it while it is here.

My Favorite Season

Wow Nate, wish you were as nice to me when we were kids as you are to Lucy now. Ill never forgive you for making me sit in the front and paddle like a mad man while you sat in the back and leisurly "guided" the boat with your steady "big brother" hands. Jerk...

What a picture Nate. Are you sure you're not supposed to be taking pictures for field and stream. Lucy looks like a wanna be Lab with her Orange/pink collar like a "hunting dog" or something. : )
What a cool opportunity to see the seasons while living on a lake. I'm jealous. Maybe someday.
